DNA-Free高保真Taq DNA聚合酶通过将具有强效3'→5'外切核酸酶校对活性的KOD DNA聚合酶与Taq DNA聚合酶进行优化配比,不仅显著提升了PCR扩增效率,更实现了卓越的保真性能。两种核心酶组分均经过特殊分子修饰,使其具备5-6kb的长片段扩增能力和1-2kb/分钟(72℃)的快速延伸速率,同时保留了5'→3'聚合酶活性、弱5'→3'外切活性以及优化的3'→5'校对活性,扩增产物部分带有3'-dA突出末端。我们采用专利纯化技术生产的无DNA残留HiFi Taq DNA聚合酶,彻底清除了生产菌株的基因组和质粒DNA污染。这一突破性技术使其成为16S/23S rRNA基因高精度扩增、测序与克隆的首选工具,同时也能完美胜任对产物准确性要求严苛的分子实验、长片段DNA扩增以及常规PCR/引物延伸等应用场景。该产品在保持高扩增效率(5-6kb片段)和快速延伸(1-2kb/分钟)的同时,为研究者提供了无与伦比的扩增保真度和实验重复性。

Description
HiFi Taq DNA Polymerase is a high-efficiency PCR enzyme developed based on the Barnes method. It combines KOD DNA polymerase, which has strong 3'→5' exonuclease activity (proofreading activity), and Taq DNA polymerase in an optimal ratio, achieving superior PCR performance and improved fidelity. Both enzymes are specially modified for enhanced amplification capability and extension speed, with fragment lengths up to 5-6 kb and an extension rate of 1-2 kb/min (72°C). The enzyme exhibits 5'→3' polymerase activity, weak 5'→3' exonuclease activity, and optimized 3'→5' exonuclease activity. A small amount of amplification product has 3'-dA overhangs.
Our DNA-Free HiFi Taq DNA Polymerase, on the other hand, is devoid of genomic and plasmid DNA from the production strain. This makes this polymerase particularly suitable for amplifying, sequencing, and cloning 16S and 23S rDNA genes, as well as for standard applications like PCR and primer extension.

Storage
The minimum shelf life is a year at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
