【预期用途】
用于测定粪便中的人胰腺弹性蛋白酶。仅用于体外诊断。

【背景知识】
胰弹性蛋白酶是丝氨酸蛋白酶家族的阴离子内切蛋白酶，分子量为 26kDa。它在胰腺腺泡细胞中与其他消化酶一起作为无活性的酶原形成并释放到十二指肠中，激活后胰腺弹性蛋白酶将肽分解成中性氨基酸。
在肠道运输过程中，胰弹性蛋白酶与胆盐结合，不会被分解。它在人类粪便中的浓度是胰液中的五到六倍。粪便浓度反映了胰腺的分泌能力。

适应症：

• 在腹泻不明、便秘、脂肪便、胀气、消瘦、上腹痛和食物不耐受的情况下诊断/排除胰腺外分泌功能不全
• 监测囊性纤维化、糖尿病或慢性胰腺炎中的胰腺外分泌功能
