【预期用途】
用于测定唾液和粪便中的分泌型 IgA (slgA)。仅用于体外诊断。

【背景知识】
分泌型 IgA 由通过 J 链连接的两个 IgA 单体组成，并含有一个分泌成分。它由位于粘膜固有层中的浆细胞形成，存在于唾液、眼泪、鼻粘液、气管支气管粘液、胃肠道分泌物、母乳和初乳等身体分泌物中。
分泌型 IgA 的形成与血清 IgA 的合成无关。因此，缺乏血清 IgA 并不一定意味着缺乏分泌型 IgA1。新生儿和婴儿通过母乳获得 slgA，因此可以免受胃肠道感染的被动免疫.
粪便中 slgA 的浓度可以得出关于人体自身在肠粘膜中的基因防御的结论。缺乏 slgA 表明黏膜免疫系统的活性降低，而 IgA 值升高表明活性增加，从而导致肠黏膜局部炎症。
