【预期用途】
用于测定人血清、尿液中的溶菌酶。仅用于体外诊断。

【背景知识】
溶菌酶（胞壁酶）是一种分子量约为15kDa的蛋白质，属于碱性糖苷酶类，溶菌酶由粒细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞组成。 粪便溶菌酶的主要来源是肠道粒细胞，在克罗恩病急性发作时，在炎症浸润的所有细胞中均可检测到溶菌酶。 部分的溶菌酶也被单核细胞积极分泌到肠腔中。

适应症：

• 克罗恩病的诊断和病程
• 肾移植排斥反应的早期检测 - 白血病的分化和随访
• 儿童尿路感染的随访和治疗控制
• 儿童病毒性和细菌性脑膜炎的鉴别诊断——新生儿败血症的检测
