供 Criterion™ 系统使用的预制胶为 13.3 x 8.7 cm 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶，装在一次性凝胶夹中。 这一凝胶尺寸可通过快速的设置、加载和运行提供可重复的高分辨率结果。
优势特点：
l 可用于双向分离的 Criterion 预制胶有 TGX™、TGX Stain-Free™、Bis-Tris、Tris-acetate 和 Tris-HCl 等类型。
l Criterion™ TGX™ 预制胶是创新的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（ PAGE）系统，保质期长，它具有类似 Laemmli 系统的分离特性，兼容传统的 Tris/Glycine 缓冲系统。
l TGX 预制胶可在 300V 的电压下保持低温运行，20 分钟内可完成蛋白质的电泳分离。
l TGX 凝胶在灌制过程中未添加 SDS，可用于非变性蛋白质电泳，以便对蛋白质的天然构造和活性进行后续分析。在电泳缓冲液和样品中加入 SDS，可运行 SDS 变性电泳。Criterion 凝胶以独立单位包装和销售。 Criterion 电泳槽一次可运行 2 块凝胶，Criterion™ Dodeca™ 高通量电泳槽一次可运行 12 块凝胶。
